We encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws

  • The information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product information without prior notice.

  • While we strive to ensure accuracy, typographical errors, pricing errors, or inaccuracies in product descriptions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders are currently delivered only within India.

  • Risk and ownership of the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

7. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Return requests are raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact

To process claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, an uninterrupted unboxing video may be required.

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, altered, or worn products

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery

Please note that we currently do not offer any exchange facility.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed only via bank transfer or store credit. Customers must provide valid bank account details for COD refunds.

  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable unless the delivered product was damaged or incorrect.

9. Reverse Pick-Up & Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickup facility is available only for select pin codes.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only in cases where the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.

10. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

  • Interfere with the website’s functionality or security

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to users involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text, graphics, product photographs, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of Toshis Fashion and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toshis Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or logistics disruptions.
