Returns & Refunds Policy

At Toshis Fashion, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed apparel crafted with care and quality materials. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in excellent condition.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@toshisfashion.com with your order details. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • The product received is significantly different from the description or image shown on the website

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in its original condition


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The complete unboxing process

  • The product and the issue clearly visible

Without a proper unboxing video, return/refund requests related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, makeup marks, or misuse

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences.


Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer an exchange facility.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are eligible for store credit only.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refund approval or rejection will be communicated via email.


Reverse Pick-Up & Return Shipping

  • Reverse pick-up facility is available for select pin codes only.

  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only in cases where the delivered product was damaged or incorrect.
