1. Can I modify my order after placing it?
No, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
2. How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
3. Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are not allowed after placing an order. Please ensure details are correct before checkout.
4. What is your return window?
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval and quality check.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit only as per return and exchange policy.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We put in all our efforts to ensure that you receive the right product in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and an unpacking video of the product.
The unpacking video should be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue with the product. This helps us verify the concern and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and verify the details, our team will guide you through the next steps and assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
8.What happens if I exchange a product for one of a lower value?
If you choose to exchange your product for another item of a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.
The store credit can be used for future purchases on toshisfashion.com and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. What if I exchange my product for one of a higher value?
If the exchanged product costs more than the original item, you’ll just need to pay the difference to complete the exchange.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
